by purchasing from SS.LAM LONDON LTD you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.

all sales are final - no order cancelations or amendments. if your shipping address is incorrect, please send us an email quoting your full name and order number. changes to the shipping address may not be possible after 6h post-purchase confirmation.

🚫 returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. if there is an issue with the order, please get in touch and if the item is deemed faulty prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item free of charge. no refunds will be given.

by paying for this item the buyer also understands that dyed/tie-dyed garments vary in pattern and in colour. they therefore understand that they waive their right to dispute the item as "not as described" as they had previous knowledge of the custom nature of tie-dye and hand-dye.

📦 claims for damaged packaging/goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. for undelivered parcels and tracking related issues, please get in touch within 10 days after dispatch. upon inspection, photo evidence of all original packaging is required to undergo investigation. any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for compensation.

📮 we can not accept any responsibility for any delay/loss where an incorrect address is given, the recipient has missed delivery or, vat taxes are left unpaid. should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect or is undeliverable, we will do our best to track it down but no compensation will be given unless / until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable. there is a handling fee (dpd carrier charge) for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, the fee will be passed onto the original card holder. currently this charge is up to £25.

if the postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue store credit (excluding delivery charges & handling fees). if you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order with the store credit issued. a package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to us.
