shipping delays: january 2023

last updated: thursday 26 january 2023

our shipping partner, royal mail, experienced service disruptions to their international export services following a cyber attack that occurred on the evening of wednesday 11 january 2023.

due to this, we will temporarily switched delivery companies for orders with oversea destinations that were placed on 31st december through to 14th january. those were dispatched with parcelforce and evri. we have absorbed the additional costs of switching couriers, and customers do not need to pay for the upgraded service. taxes/duty fees may still apply - for more information please visit our shipping policies.

we are pleased to announce that as of 26 january, royal mail have began accepting international parcels to all destinations and we will continue to use their services. orders placed from 15th january will be dispatched by royal mail.

uk postal services are still operation and remain unaffected from the cyber attack.
